Random Thoughts on the games ...

I have been consumed with the Olympics this weekend which is alright by me. The gracefulness, skills, determination and desire of each athlete is simply amazing. This blog has no real theme or

• These lil gymnasts scare the hell out of me. These chicks have to be the boxiest broads I've ever seen.
• Why in the hell did the powers that be decide that Brook Logan, who apparently almost didn't make the US Gymnast team, should perform first? She was unimpressive and seems to have set the tone for her mates which was not all good.
• If in another lifetime I had to choose an Olympic sport to excel in, I probably would have been a swimmer. I would have said a diver but hell I'm scared of heights *shrug*. I've based this decision on my body type (not current weight damnit! just the structure) and current (minimal) skills.
• I need these lil girls to stop screaming. It's distracting.
• The commentators talk too damn much too. Although at times I like the little unknown facts they throw out there.
• Get BUSH off mah tv dangit!
• Coach Béla Károlyi still looks the same. I watched this dude growing up and for some strange reason he intimidates the hell outta me. Much like Eric Braeden aka Victor Newman aka The Mustache.
• OK I am turning this mess off. Our team simply effed up tonight.

Check back I may add a few more observations. I wonder if Family Guy is on.
